Koo Ja-kyun is chairman and CEO of LS Electric.

He taught in the Department of Business Administration at Kookmin University and the Graduate School of International Studies at Korea University before joining LS Industrial Systems as executive vice president.

He became president and CEO of LS Industrial Systems, now LS Electric, in 2008.

He places importance on principles while displaying a gentle charisma.

He has served as chairman of the Korea Smart Grid Association, the Korea Industrial Technology Association and the Korea Electrical Manufacturers Association.
