Lee Hai-min is senior secretary for AI and future planning at the Presidential Office of the Republic of Korea.

She was born in Gunsan, North Jeolla Province, in 1973.
She graduated from Jinseon Girls' High School in Seoul and earned a degree in computer science from Sogang University. She received a master's degree in computer engineering from Sogang University's Graduate School.
After working as a researcher at the Korea Education and Research Information Service, she joined Google Korea in 2007.
She worked as a product manager at Google Korea before moving to Google's US headquarters, where she served as a senior product manager from 2018 to 2022.
After leaving Google, she became chief product officer (CPO) at Opensurvey, a South Korean data company.
She entered politics as a recruit of the Rebuilding Korea Party, voicing concerns about research and development budget cuts and the weakening of the science and technology ecosystem under the Yoon Suk-yeol administration. She entered the National Assembly in the election for its 22nd term as the party's third-ranked proportional representation candidate.
During the first half of the 22nd National Assembly's term, she served on the Science, ICT, Broadcasting and Communications Committee. She also chaired the Rebuilding Korea Party's special committee on AI and women's committee, and served as senior vice chair of its policy committee. She later moved to the National Policy Committee for the second half of the parliamentary term.
In the 2025 presidential election, the Rebuilding Korea Party backed Democratic Party of Korea candidate Lee Jae-myung. She supported his election as co-chair of the Rebuilding Korea Committee under the Democratic Party's central campaign committee.
In August 2026, she was selected as senior secretary for AI and future planning in the Lee Jae-myung administration.
