Shin Jae-Wook is president and CEO of NH Investment & Securities.

He faces the tasks of cementing the company's leading position in the investment banking (IB) industry and successfully establishing its new Investment Management Account (IMA) business.

He was born in 1970.

He graduated from Kyungshin High School in Daegu and Yonsei University with a degree in business administration. He earned a master's degree in business administration from Seoul National University Graduate School.

He entered the financial investment industry in 2003 when he joined LG Investment & Securities, where he handled initial public offerings (IPOs), asset-backed securities (ABS), and real estate project financing (PF). He later worked in real estate finance at Dongwon Securities, now Korea Investment & Securities, and Hanwha Securities, now Hanwha Investment & Securities.

He moved to NH Investment & Securities in 2017, serving as head of the Real Estate Finance Division and head of the IB2 Business Division.

He was appointed president and co-CEO in June 2026. Under the co-CEO system with Bae Kwang-soo, Shin oversees investment banking (IB), trading, wholesale, and company-wide management operations.

He is credited as a key figure behind the successful Yeouido Parc1 project.
