Jeong Hyen-seok is Vice Chairman and CEO of the Department Store Division at Lotte Shopping.

He was born in August 1975.

He graduated from Seoul Gangseo High School and from the Department of German Language and Literature at Inha University.

He joined Lotte Department Store and served as head of the Lotte Department Store Jungdong branch and head of the Lotte Mall Dongbusan branch. In June 2020, he was appointed CEO of FRL Korea.

He later returned as head of the Outlet Business Division at Lotte Department Store and was appointed Vice Chairman and CEO of the Department Store Business Division of Lotte Shopping in 2026.

While serving as CEO of FRL Korea, which operates Uniqlo, he was evaluated as having successfully led the business by responding strategically to market conditions.

He is regarded as the youngest CEO in the history of Lotte Department Store and is known for his strong leadership and drive.
