Life Summary
Yoo Jong-man is the CEO of OrganoidScience. He also serves as an advisor to the CHA Bio Group.
Together with Oh Sang-hoon, the former CEO of CHA Biotech who serves as Chief Management Officer, he leads OrganoidScience as Chief Research Officer.
He was born on August 20, 1980.
He graduated from the Division of Life Sciences at Korea University. He earned his master’s and doctoral degrees at the CHA University School of Medicine.
While serving as a chief professor at the CHA University School of Medicine, he also headed the Organoid Research Center at the CHA Group Comprehensive Research Institute.
In June 2019, he founded OrganoidScience.
He is focused on leading the global regenerative medicine market based on ‘mini-organ’ technology.
He has served as Chair of the Clinical Planning Committee of the Korean Society for Stem Cell Research and as Head of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy–Ministry of Science and ICT 3D Bio-Tissue Platform Project Group.
