Cho Deok-soo is the CEO of RFHIC.
He is expanding the company’s communications and defense businesses by leveraging its technological edge in gallium nitride (GaN), while also pursuing diversification into new business areas.
He was born on September 11, 1966.
He graduated from the State University of New York with a degree in economics.
In 1999, he co-founded the compound semiconductor company RFHIC with his older brother, Chairman Cho Sam-yeol, and became its CEO.
Chairman Cho Sam-yeol oversees product research, while Cho Deok-soo is responsible for finance and management, jointly leading the company.
During his college years, he worked at a Korean restaurant in New York to pay for tuition and living expenses, and he was known as a “legendary waiter” for his commitment to sincerity and high quality in his work.
