Lee Sun-ho is a management leader serving as Head of the Future Planning Office at CJ.

He is considered the most likely successor to the leadership of CJ Group.

Born on May 30, 1990, he is the eldest son of CJ Group Chairman Lee Jae-hyun and CJ Vice President Kim Hee-jae.

He graduated from Columbia University in the United States with a degree in Financial Economics and joined CJ Group thereafter.

He began his career at CJ CheilJedang, where he worked as a manager and later as head of the Bio Business Management Team. He then served as deputy general manager at the Management Strategy Office of CJ Corporation before transferring to the Food Strategy Planning 1 Team at CJ CheilJedang.

Following an organizational restructuring at CJ CheilJedang, he was appointed head of the Food Growth Promotion Office. Since September 2025, he has returned to CJ’s Future Planning Office, focusing on preparing for leadership succession and identifying future growth engines for the group.

He was sentenced to three years in prison with a four-year suspended sentence for violating the Narcotics Control Act.

During this period, he was suspended from the company but returned a year later as head of Global Business.

He is known to be quiet and modest in personality.
