Life Summary
Ha Seong-yong is the President & CEO of AirRane.
He was born on July 7, 1970.
He graduated from Hanyang University with a degree in Industrial Chemistry and earned his master’s and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial Chemistry at Hanyang University.
He began his career as a research fellow at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and later worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Industrial Science at Hanyang University, his alma mater.
In 2001, he founded AirRane, the only company in Korea specializing in gas separation membrane solutions.
As a researcher and developer, he has been recognized for his expertise in gas separation membranes as well as membrane process development and production technologies.
He is credited with advancing Korea’s gas separation membrane manufacturing technology.
