Ban Seong-yeon is the CEO of Dalba Global.
He was born in December 1981.
He graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Seoul National University.
In 2004, he began his career as a developer at NHN (now Naver).
He later worked as a team leader at global consulting firms Arthur D. Little Korea and A.T. Kearny.
In 2016, he founded B Monument, which has since been renamed Dalba Global.
In April 2025, just one month after its listing on the KOSPI, the company’s stock price soared by 164%, pushing its market capitalization past KRW 1.006 trillion (US$ 724.5 million).
He is emerging as a leader in global K-beauty.
He is credited with achieving success in innovative product development, efficient management, and global distribution strategy.
The company now faces challenges such as reducing its high dependence on core products, mitigating overhang risks, and maintaining its domestic market position.
