Yun Byeong-un is the President and CEO of NH Investment & Securities.

A corporate finance expert, he is now placing greater emphasis on the retail sector to strengthen overall performance.

He was born in 1967 in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province.

He graduated from Yeongdeungpo High School in Seoul and earned a degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

Yun began his career at LG Investment & Securities. He worked in the company’s Hong Kong branch and the international business team. After LG Investment & Securities was merged into Woori Investment & Securities, he served as Head of Corporate Finance Team 3 and later Head of Coverage Group 1 at Woori Investment & Securities.

Following the transition to NH Investment & Securities, he held roles such as Head of Corporate Finance Division and Head of Corporate Finance Business. In March 2024, he was appointed President and CEO.

Throughout the changes in ownership and name from LG Investment & Securities to Woori Investment & Securities and then NH Investment & Securities, Yun remained steadfast.

He is widely regarded as one of the key figures behind the strong growth of NH Investment & Securities' investment banking (IB) capabilities.
