She later joined Daegu Bank as Head of Strategic Planning, where she led a task force team and played a key role in its transition into a commercial bank.
In March 2024, she was appointed CEO and President of Toss Bank. As the first female president of an internet-only bank in Korea, she led the bank to achieve its first net profit.
