In 1999, he founded Automobile Insurance Market Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Incar Financial Service) with former colleagues from Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance. In April 2001, he was appointed CEO.
Through bold investments in innovative information technology (IT) and training programs for insurance planners, he led the company’s growth and successfully listed it on KOSDAQ, a first in the industry.
