In 2021, he was appointed as an inside director of Sejin Heavy Industries and promoted to Vice President.

Yoon Ji-won is a second-generation leader of Sejin Heavy Industries. After becoming an Executive Director, he learned practical work in production, sales, and human resources, laying the foundation for his management succession.
