Yu Chang-soo is the Vice Chairman and CEO of Eugene Investment & Securities.

Together with President Ko Kyung-mo, he forms a co-CEO system.

President Ko is in charge of internal management, including the sales and risk management of Eugene Investment & Securities, while Yu himself is responsible for the overall management strategy of Eugene Group's financial affiliates, including Eugene Investment & Securities.

He was born on May 21, 1963, in Seoul, as the third son of Yoo Jae-pil, Honorary Chairman of Eugene Group.

He graduated from Kyungseong High School and studied sociology at Korea University. He completed his MBA at Northern Illinois University's Graduate School of Business in the United States.

Yu served as President of Eugene General Development and CEO of Eugene Group's Cement Division before being appointed Vice Chairman and CEO of Seoul Securities (now Eugene Investment & Securities) in 2007.

He stepped down as CEO in 2009 to serve as Chairman of the Board but returned as CEO in 2011 and has been leading Eugene Investment & Securities for the past 12 years.

He focuses on establishing Eugene Investment & Securities as a competitive mid-sized securities firm among large securities companies.

He is known for taking good care of those around him and actively communicating with others.
