Yoon Sang-hyun is the Vice Chairman of Korea Kolmar. He also holds the position of Vice Chairman of Korea Kolmar Holdings.
He has been leading Korea Kolmar since his father, Yoon Dong-han, the former Chairman and CEO of Korea Kolmar Holdings, retired from active management.
He is focused on expanding the value chain of the cosmetics business and restructuring the governance of Kolmar Group.
Born on December 18, 1974, as the eldest son of former Chairman Yoon Dong-han.
He graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Stanford University.
After working at Bain & Company, he joined Korea Kolmar as an Executive Director in the Planning and Management Division.
He served as Vice President and later as President and CEO of both the operating company Korea Kolmar and the holding company Korea Kolmar Holdings.
After stepping down as CEO of Korea Kolmar and HK Inno.N in 2020, he has only retained the position of Registered Director and Chairman of the Board at Korea Kolmar Holdings.
He has successfully led major mergers and acquisitions for Korea Kolmar.
