At GS Retail, he served as Executive Director of the Convenience Store Business Division, Vice President of Sales, Vice President and Head of MD Headquarters, President and Head of MD Headquarters, and President of the Convenience Store Business Division before being appointed CEO.

He was promoted to Vice Chairman in 2019.

Huh has led the growth of GS Retail's convenience store business. He is known for being sensitive to trends and strong in details.

Along with Huh Tae-Soo, Chairman of GS Group, he is playing a pivotal role in stabilizing the group as a third-generation owner-manager.
