Kim Nam-goo is the Chairman and CEO of Korea Investment Holdings.

Kim Nam-goo was born on October 10, 1963, in Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do, as the eldest son of Kim Jae-chul, Chairman of Dongwon Group.

He graduated from Korea University with a degree in Business Administration and joined Dongwon Industries, a fisheries company.

He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Keio University in Japan and joined Dongwon Securities as an assistant manager.

After serving as a manager in the Planning Department of Dongwon Industries and as an executive director at Dongwon Securities, he became the CEO of Dongwon Securities, taking a leading role in management.

After acquiring Korea Investment & Securities, he was appointed as the CEO of Korea Investment Holdings, then promoted to Vice Chairman, and eventually became Chairman.

Kim Nam-goo is known for his strong personality and drive, exemplified by his experience working on a deep-sea fishing vessel in his youth.

As a financial owner who has learned practical work from the ground up, he practices talent-centered management.
